Our home church, First Assembly of God, is equipped with an amazing pastoral staff. They include our Senior Pastor Dan Miller, Associate Pastor James Biffert, Worship Pastor Paul Meadows, Youth Pastor Benji Wilson and Children's Pastors Phil and Chanda Hahn. They are all armed with a wealth of knowledge and life experiences. Experiences that we believe are very important in the lives of our students.
For this reason, part of our curriculum is our weekly Pastor's Institute. Our pastoral staff takes turns speaking to the class about what it's like for them personally to be involved in the ministry. They share their victories and joys along with their mistakes and hard times. This class is an important part of our program because the men and women that God has placed as leaders in our church have walked miles in the Christian life and lessons you could learn from hearing their life experiences are important for you to know whether you are called into the ministry or not. Hearing all of their experiences on what it takes to be a good leader in the church, at the very least, gives our students a very balanced approach at Christian living.
